Like all websites, our site also makes use of log files, in which information collected in an automated manner during your visits is stored.   • Purpose of the treatment

Users’ personal data will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation for the following processing purposes:

  • Browsing the site, in relation to the possibility of detecting User data required at a technical level, such as eg. the IP address, while browsing the site.
  • Response to your requests for information, received by us through the appropriate contact form.
  • Legal obligations, or to fulfill obligations established by law, by an authority, by a regulation or by European legislation.
  • Receipt of curricula used for the selection of personnel, through the appropriate insertion form. Specific information will be conveyed on the relevant page.

The provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above is optional but necessary, since failure to provide them will make it impossible for the User to browse the site and use the services offered by the Data Controller on the Site.

With reference to the purposes referred to in points 3 / a, 3 / b and 3 / d, the legal basis of the processing is in fact the execution of the services provided through the Site and requested by you (pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Privacy Regulation 2016/679); with reference to the purposes referred to in point 3 / c, the legal basis of the processing is to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the 2016 Privacy Regulation / 679).

The data you provide will be processed mainly with IT tools under the authority of the Data Controller, by external managers and persons specifically appointed, designated and instructed to process, pursuant to articles 28 and 29 of the Privacy Regulation.

We inform you that suitable security measures are observed, also pursuant to art. 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation, aimed at preventing illicit use, unauthorized access, loss of data, theft, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of your data.


  • Nature of the provision of data
Know that for the purposes referred to in the previous art. 3, the provision of your personal data also takes place automatically and is necessary in order to browse the Site and access the services provided through the Site.

Remember that, in any case and at any time, you can request the Data Controller to delete your data through a simple communication to be sent, without particular formalities, to the addresses referred to in the previous art. 1.

  • To whom and in what area we can transmit your data

 

Your data may be disclosed, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the Privacy Regulation, to the following subjects:

(i) to public bodies and / or authorities, where this is required by law or upon their request;
(ii) to the structures, subjects and external companies that the Data Controller uses to carry out activities connected, instrumental or consequent to the use of the Site;
(iii) to external consultants, if not designated in writing as Data Processors.

Third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller as "External Data Processors" may also become aware of the Users' personal data, such as, by way of example, suppliers of IT and logistical services functional to the operation of the Site. , outsourced or cloud computing service providers, professionals and consultants.

  • Duration of Treatment

 

The personal data of the Users of the Site will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the purposes illustrated in the previous paragraph 3, or in any case as necessary for the civil protection of the interests of both Users and the Data Controller.

At any time you can exercise the rights referred to in Articles. 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, for access, rectification, transformation, blocking, cancellation, limitation of processing, in the manner and within the limits established by art. 12 of the Privacy Regulation.
